In Swindon Cheney Manor Road - 2 rooms available 400 a month small room and £480 a month bigger room - Bills included and a cleaner for the house (not during lock down)

The small room available is suitable to sleep in and watch Tv - Down stairs is your communal living room with TV - which is a great space to relax in. The room has been freshly painted. The boiler for the house is in this room behind door. I just need to make it clear the room is small. Standard double ottoman bed (gas sprung so bed frames lifts up for storage) has a clothes rail and draws.

The bigger room (available first week of February)of course has much more space. This space is good to stay in the room all the time with out feeling cramped. Will be freshly painted, has single bed, draws, clothes rail and tv unit.

Kitchen is a good size if you like cooking.

The property was modernised before tenants moved in having new carpets throughout and was painted.

New combi boiler with radiators.

Had a new kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Are appliances where new.

Great house mates in who get on really well, and 1 been there two years.

A cleaner is included to clean all communal rooms including kitchen and bathroom. (Not during lockdown)

All rooms have key operated locks for security.

Bills included with fast speed broadband wifi.

Sky Q TV package included down stairs with the opportunity to use Sky in bedrooms, 2 can use at once only.

Train station 1 mile away, with good bus routes.

Parking is on the road only, anywhere in the street with no parking permit required.

When Tennant moves in, if they want to purchase a mirror, light lamp or anything that makes it comfortable like home to there liking or standard, no problems we will reimburse you the cost or just buy it for you.

Lovely long garden to be, great if the house tennant is good with maintaining a garden, it’s like a Forrest and is next to be cut down. This is currently isn’t a useable area, and looking to be sorted for the summer time.

£400 deposit up front on day of move in and refunded on leave with 1 month strict leave notice required. £480 for the bigger room.

The remaining months rent will need to be paid too.
