3x Double Rooms in Old Town

I am a 35 year old Spanish guy working as a consultant between home and Bristol looking for housemates in Old Town. Ideally would be looking for people who enjoy socialising a bit with the rest of the housemates every now and then, although I am pretty chilled with any preference in general!

I have 3 available double rooms, as follows:

- Room 1: Biggest room with a double bed, desk, sofa, chair, wardrobe with mirror, couple of bedside tables and a couple shelves. This room shares a bathroom with Room 2.

- Room 2: Large room with a double bed, chair, wardrobe with mirror, bedside table and a shelf. This room shares a bathroom with Room 1.

- Room 3: Medium room with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and a shelf. This room has its own bathroom next to it and a balcony as well.

The house is a 3 storey mid terrace house sporting the following:
- A pretty large garden with a bbq.
- Large kitchen / living room with a couple of fridges, freezers and any cooking appliance known to mankind.
- Garage turned into home gym with racks, barbells, dumbells, rowing machine and elliptical bike.
- It has a driveway which I am not using at the moment and plenty of free street parking in the area.
- Weekly cleaner for the common areas.
