Short-term let in a fantastic house in East Wichel!

The house comes with a garden, a firepit, a massive kitchen, and three bathrooms. The house is only a few years old so it functions perfectly and has excellent water pressure.

There is a Co-op one minute walk away, which is extremely handy, as well as some other necessities like a fish and chip shop and hair dresser’s. It’s also around the corner from the bus stop which takes you to the train station or into Swindon town. There are fields opposite and plenty of great walks very close by. It’s twelve minutes drive to the train station.

One lodger lives in the house already. She’s in her mid-20s, is super friendly, clean, and is great company, but is also out a lot – the ideal housemate! She’s a lawyer and loves sports, including climbing and golf.

The room is a double bedroom with an excellent ensuite and will come furnished with a bed and a large, mirrored double wardrobe.
There is also an office to work from home.
There is one parking space on the driveway. For those not using the parking space, there is plenty of parking available close by, near the Co-op.

Your landlords will be us, Charlie and Leanna. We are really open, friendly people who care about the house and care about our lodgers having a good experience living in it! We have both rented houses and flats over the years ourselves, so we understand the importance of having good and proactive landlords. We are keen to find good people who will take care of the house and each other, and enjoy living there too!
