Double bedroom in family home, Mon-Fri ONLY

Towels provided along with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

I have a comfortable and clean double bedroom for rent within my family home. Mon-Fri. You have your own bathroom (not en suite) that I will only use one evening in the week to give my kids a bath in - apart from that, none of the family uses it.
There is a microwave in the room for ease. I'd prefer not to share my kitchen (bar the fridge) as it's very busy in there with family meal times, but if this is essential for you then please talk to me and we can try to come to an arrangement.
There are 2 very well behaved children in the property (they sleep like a dream) and a wonderfully affectionate cat.
I've been hosting this room on Airbnb for 6 years now (I'm a super host), but want someone regular to have that feeling of familiarity and safety for me and my family.

There is no private parking to my listing - but there are many free parking bays close to my property within a few meters walking distance to my house. There is also a local co-op 3 minutes walk away that offer unlimited free parking if spaces become sparse. That and a couple of pubs within walking distance makes it an ideal place to camp down :)

Suitable for professionals only please who must respect quiet in the house at night.

Not suitable for night shift workers.

Minimum term of 1 month's mon-fri rent (£440) required before your stay - this will be secured via a simple contract to protect both parties.
