I have a nice cosy double room available for a working professional in Park South on Queens Drive. Local amenities are close and you'll be 5 min in town centre by bus/bike. I prefer to be contacted by message.

The room has a brand new mini fridge with freezer, a brand new Ninja 12-in-1 digital multi cooker, brand new kettle and 4 liter glass dispenser. You'd rarely need to use the kitchen except to fill up once a week a 10 liter water container and to use the washing machine.

Please note:

Only for 1 person no couples allowed and you need to be working fulltime, also what is expected from you is to clean up the bathroom after use. A job contract as reference suffice and ID plus right to rent share code verification is required for EU or non-British nationals.
