Looking for a professional female preferably for Monday to Friday house share. Must like cats. Two residents of the furry kind! Both well behaved! Double room with en-suite available and shared kitchen, dining area and garden. Own parking space available. 10 mins from Orbital Shopping centre. Local amenities available in the village. Lots of lovely walks and a safe area. On the outskirts of Swindon. Near the A419 so access to M4, bus routes. 10 mins to the station. 15 mins to Cirencester. Bristol 40 mins, Bath 20 mins on train. Easy access to Swindon. 15 min drive.. I am looking for a professional to share with. I am in education and the therapy business. Easy relaxed person. I Would expect you to care for your room, or employ your own cleaner. I will attend to the rest of the house.
Accommodation includes a large chest of drawers and one wardrobe in the double room. En-suite has several storage cupboards. Kitchen includes all amenities. Garden is small and enclosed but lovely in the summer.!
