It's a lovely home. I do not have a large turnover to tenants. The most resent arrival before this vacancy was approximately 3 years ago. Everyone is happy with good repport.

The property has a HMO licence, therefore conforms to safety standards. I am a local live out landlord. I care about the house and tenants. It's my only rental. I am readily available and easy to contact.

We have never had a viewing and the person not want to move in!

The current household is mature, friendly and established.
