ROOM 7 – this room is located on the 2nd floor and is the first door on the right as you walk up the 2nd stairwell.

Due to being on the top floor of the property, this room is exceptionally quiet, with limited foot traffic as you only have one neighbour!

As you enter the room, The desk is just opposite, with Comfortable wooden desk chair, touch sensitive lamp, extra ethernet point and loads of table space, this is the perfect place to set up shop for any work at home needs!

The Desk is situated right by the huge built in sliding mirrored door wardrobe, with Built in compartments to the left perfect for folded clothes or shows, and double railings to the right for all your clothes, and even extra storage space up top, just in case you have any larger items or suitcase!

The shower itself fits the modern scheme with black accents and comes with rainfall shower head and detachable hose. With the 32” smart TV attached to the wall above the desk on a swivel bracket, you can watch your favourite shows from any point in the room, and with the Characteristic slanted loft ceiling, extra-large window facing the rear of the property, you not only get loads of natural daylight but also a stunning view from Swindon, especially being at the top of the house!

The blackout blinds help make it a cosy space when drawn, and the Midnight Blue Upholstered double bed helps make a chilled-out space. The memory foam mattress ensures you have a peaceful night’s sleep and the comfiest space to watch the TV from too, and with touch sensitive lamps on either side of the bed, you don’t even have to lift a finger to switch off the lights!



KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!



This kitchen is shared between all tenants, but don’t you worry, we built the spaces with that in mind!



The design is stunning, with 3 ovens, 3 4-burner hobs, 3 microwaves, 3 sinks, 3 kettles, 3 4-slice toasters and 4 full height fridge freezers there is more than enough space for everyone!

The kitchen is fully open plan, so no stepping on toes in this kitchen. The Kitchen has gorgeous Parquet Wood flooring and Grey and Black accents throughout, making it not only pretty but easy to maintain too.



The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor, right beside the Cinema Room.



This stunning Space has an over 70” smart TV built into the wall just in front of the stunning bespoke Navy quilted seating bench and dining table, and with built in plug sockets, this area is not only the perfect place for movie night, but also a perfect alternative workspace if you want a change of scenery.



The Laundry room is also located on this floor, so out the way of all the rooms to decrease the noise levels. This room has 3 Washing Machines, 3 Tumble Dryers and even a sink unit for hand washing!



There is loads of space for any laundry detergents or other cleaning supplies, that way you can have more room in the kitchen for the nicer things!

The wardrobe in this studio is HUGE with sooo much space, 2 sliding rails, compartments for folded clothes and a full width top shelf for those luggage’s.



The house itself has been entirely renovated throughout with bespoke luxury finishes and the newest spec en-suite design.
