I'm looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to share my home on the East side of Swindon. The room is a furnished double with it's own main bathroom, and the house is situated in a quiet residential area close to Wanborough, the Great Western Hospital and the M4.

•Table and Chair (Ideal for occasional WFH)
•Built-in wardrobe
•Your own main bathroom with bath + shower (I have my own en-suite)
•Bedding can be provided if needed.

The House
🏠Modern 2 Bed home: Downstairs toilet, kitchen and lounge/diner.
2 bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom.
🍽Kitchen: Oven, Air fryer, Gas hob, Fridge/Freezer (lots of space), Washing machine, Dishwasher
🛋Lounge/Diner: 3 seater sofa, TV (Netflix Account), bio-ethanol fireplace, dinning room table
🚗Parking space directly outside the house for you to use.
🧼A cleaner comes every two weeks.

Location
•10 min to get on to the M4 at Junction 15.
•10 min drive to the Great Western Hospital or a 28min bus ride from outside the Cross Keys Pub.
•1 hr drive to Reading
•17 min drive to Swindon train station (58mins to London Paddington)
•10 min drive to Sainsburys Stratton
•Estate is situated on the outskirts of a village called Wanborough, which takes about 10/15 mins to walk to and has 4 pubs (Cross Keys, The Plough, The Brewers Arms, The Harrow)
•Greenbridge shopping complex is 10 mins drive away and has cinema, shopping and food outlets.

👋 About Me
I’m friendly, easy‑going and have lived here for about 1.5 years. I work from home most of the week, go to the gym, and usually have a chilled evening — happy to watch a film together sometimes but also respectful of personal space.
