There is also a ground-floor bed-sit type room, currently occupied by a quiet female professional, which has its own kitchen and ensuite so quite separate and self-contained.

The advertised room would suit a quiet, respectful professional looking for a calm, peaceful home environment. Ideally female but priority is finding the right person.
