Comfortable king sized bed. The furniture includes a wardrobe, bedside table, desk with chair, table lamp and shelving. There is a ‘black out' blind.

As a lodger with a live-in landlady your space & privacy will be respected. No 20 questions when you come through the door! No-one going into your room.

The payment of £112 deposit acts as confirmation you will take the room. It should be paid by bacs transfer. It will become your first weeks rent should you move in as agreed.

Thereafter £112 a week should be transferred to my bank account by standing order or bacs transfer. The rent covers all utility bills including council tax, Virgin TV and Virgin broadband.

Large, clean shared bathroom with separate additional toilet with basin. Large bathroom has a Mira shower, a toilet/bidet, heated towel rail, two sinks with storage space beneath.

The kitchen is solid oak and is fully kitted out. There is a large dishwasher; large capacity washing machine, 5 ring gas hob, double oven with grill, (a smaller oven incorporates a grill & microwave). You will have your own shelf in the large larder fridge and a freezer in the back porch. Space to store food.
