Lovely, large, quiet, comfortable double room with 38 mb Wi-Fi and individual TV is available up to 5 nights (Sunday-Thursday nights inclusive) in a household with myself (the owner) and one or two (max) other lodgers. Occasional weekends can be made available for a modest additional charge. The luxury bathroom is just next door to your room. This is a friendly, relaxed but well-organised house. I have been welcoming tenants for several years now. Located in a quiet road in Swindon's Old Town, it's just a short walk to shops, pubs, cinema and restaurants and ten minutes' drive from the M4, J15 or J16. There is a lovely park and there are cycling or jogging trails nearby. The room is fully furnished with a large double bed, TV, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a sink in the room and the adjacent modern bathroom has shower, sink and loo. You are very welcome to share everything the house has to offer, including a fully-fitted modern kitchen, a comfortable sitting room, dining room and downstairs loo and a secluded courtyard garden. Would suit mature, non-smoking professionals on contract in Swindon for 3 months or more.. Price is £475 per calendar month to include all bills, cleaning, bed linen, towels and a robe.
