We have a double bedroom available in Old Town, Swindon within a spacious 4-bedroom house. Only a few minutes walk into the town centre.

Unlike most properties on the market, my properties are NON-CLINICAL, that means they all have character and a homely feel as opposed to feeling like your just renting a room and walking on egg shells all the time. This will be your home and you can treat it as such, no one will pester you and you will not be pestered by me for rent as we will set-up a standing order each month.

Qualifying criteria to be eligible for room:
- Must be in full time employment
- Minimum age 25, although mature working professionals as young as 22 will be considered.
- No children allowed to stay overnight at property
- No Students sorry, however PhD and Masters students will be considered.
- No couples, No Pets sorry!

I'm a fully accredited landlord with the best rooms in Swindon at great value for money, hence why my rooms usually have a waiting list and go very fast!

The deposit is only one months rent as opposed to 6 weeks like most other rooms to rent. If you don't have the deposit then we can work around that. We trust our tenants and instead we could ask for a simple guarantor signature with your contract. EASY. However, if you cannot provide a guarantor, we will be willing to receive a deposit from you.
