Within close proximity of Swindon train station, Swindon town centre and the Outlet Village (all within a walkable distance of 20 minutes or less).
We are an engaged couple planning a wedding, so renting out our spare room to help pay for it! I am
27 and my fiancé is 30. We’re both easy to get along with. We have a cat and a small dog (mini poodle) and they're really friendly!
The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer.
You would have shared use of our living room / dining room and kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, dryer, fridge and dishwasher). One upstairs toilet and a bathroom downstairs. Nice back garden, landscapes. The house backs onto a large cemetery so the garden is not over looked.
We have Sky unlimited broadband which are included in the bills.
Parking available on our driveway.
Please note, this room is only available Monday to Friday. However, we would consider extending this to the whole week depending on your situation, so please drop me a message to let me know your requirements.
