Cosy, modern home for professionals. Looking for a clean, tidy and considerate house mate.

Current household is very calm and steady. The house is big enough that it's easy to be alone or be choose to be sociable if you desire.

There is a large well equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a dining table and a comfortable seating area.

On the first floor there is a living room with two sofas and access a large sun terrace / garden. The house has 3 bathrooms and a w/c. So there is no fighting over the bathrooms in the mornings. Superfast Wifi, regular cleaner and all bills are included.

There is also a garage so bicycle storage is possible. If you have your own furniture, thats not a problem. Plenty of free parking.

At the bottom of the add it says 'live in landlord' but I'm not. Can't work out how to change it...
