I am a professional, who works as a primary school teacher. Looking for a female professional to rent one bedroom.

I have one other female house mate.

The house is over three floors and is a large town house (terraced.) The large room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, desk and built in wardrobe. The family bathroom would be yours to use shared with one other female.

There is access to a shared lounge with a TV and Freesat.

The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer.

There is a garden, with BBQ and outside table and chairs, to be used at your leisure.

I have a friendly cat, who you must be happy to be around. You are welcome to leave your door closed if you wish for her not to enter. She is an outdoor cat so is not in all the time.

The house is within walking distance of the Orbital Shopping centre, which has a selection of shops and a gym. It has access to a regular bus service.

I am looking for a clean, honest, respectful and reliable professional female. I am a very clean and tidy person. I would like someone who is respectful of all areas - shared and own room.
