It is very well located in Old Town. The train station is a 15 minute walk away, the Town Centre and Old Town shops, including Swindon Museum and Art Gallery, and plenty of cafes, are a 5 minute walk away. Regent Circus shops, cinema and restaurants are on the doorstep.
I am a freelance arts manager and artist and sometimes work from home. You will have use of the kitchen and living room with smart TV.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The room and house would suit a friendly and tidy female tenant.
