Nice Room to Rent in 2 Bed Terraced Cottage

I have a really nice house with friendly neighbours. I have rented rooms in other people's houses when I was younger and my experiences of different landlords, both positive and negative, have shaped me as a landlord. Thus, in many cases, I am still in contact with many of my previous lodgers and am always there to help them.

The rent includes all bills as well as free sat TV in the living room and Free Sat and Smart TV is available in the bedroom + NETFLIX as well as broadband. The house is close to the town centre and there is a local shop nearby. The bedrooms have recently been renovated.

The house is undergoing renovations, which are nearly completed The type of person: student on placement, moving to the area and looking for a place to rent or buy, relationship breakup and need a stop gap etc. I am willing to take short lets from only a couple of weeks to a few months.

Hiya I'm Judith, I moved to Trowbridge from Northern Ireland and I've been living with Brian for 4 years. I have to say that I am sad to be leaving. I was sharing an awful bedsit, Brian helped me move, took me to the supermarket and sorted me out with bedding. I was amazed. What I've enjoyed the most is his laid back attitude, his parties and friends, his cooking is amazing and although he works hard and can be a bit stressed, the weekends are always for relaxing. I have some fond memories of my time in this house and my friends have been quite jealous that I found a place like this. Brian is such a supportive, generous and kind person and the fact that his previous lodgers come to see him is proof of the kind of person he is.

I stayed with Brian for just over a year whilst on my student placement. The house was always clean and I always had my own privacy. Brian and other housemates were always very friendly and respectful. Brian was always a good laugh and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. 10/10 would definitely recommend !!
