I am a professional female with a pet dog. Room is suitable for a professional with their own fixed abode looking for a room for work/travel purposes. Let would be subject to ID, references, and one week rent in advance. Tenancy agreement provided. This is a Monday to Friday Room let only. arrive Monday leave Friday.
