Double bedroom available in 3 storey town house. This is a central Trowbridge town location with good rail links to Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Chippenham & Cardiff with the station being a 0.5 mile walk away from the house. Other local amenities including cinema, gym, supermarkets all within a short walk away.
The room is fully furnished and has a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table and tall boy unit. It also has its own shower en-suite and on the same floor there is a snug with double sofa bed and wall mounted TV.
Property has a small garden and a designated parking space to the rear that prospective lodgers can use.
Kitchen and living/dining area is shared.
All bills included plus good WiFi and professional cleaner.
This is a Monday to Friday let but weekends could be agreed on ad-hoc basis.
