There is a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and extra toilet. There is a good area of sunny garden with chairs and table. It is a none smoking house so smokers must smoke outside. The tenants there are very friendly and easy to get on with. There is off road parking for 2 cars. 2 months rent is payable on moving in. The room will be available on 16th December 2023. There is the possibility it may be available before that date.
