Double Room

Double room to rent in a 3 bed house. There is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cupboard. Shared bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bath with shower over. The kitchen dinner is a good size shared space with cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. The fridge freezer is shared with 1 other person. There is a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and extra toilet. There is a good area of sunny garden with chairs and table. It is a none smoking house so smokers must smoke outside. The tenants there are very friendly and easy to get on with. The off road parking is ongoing but on road parking is ok. 2 months rent is payable on moving in. The room will be available on 1st January 2021. There is the possibility it may be available before that date. Photos will be posted later
