Furnished double room, lovely house and landlord

Only ground floor room left, I am a Station Manager in the Fire Service and have a newly decorated furnished ground floor double room for rent. The house is a 3 storey town house, room is furnished with a brand new double bed, wardrobe, TV and bedside table. There is a modern kitchen with all appliances and a modern bathroom with walk in power shower. Nice private garden to use and 2 parking spaces which are first come first served although there is plenty of parking nearby, Wi-Fi and all bills included. I already have 2 female lodgers and 1 male lodger I only spend a couple of nights a week there but the house is quite large so there is still the feeling of space and we all get along great.
