Double Room with broadband/TV/dishwasher

Please note this is from start of February. It’s not available until The room is furnished to a high standard with a double bed (bedding included) with a firm mattress and optional memory foam topper. Towels included plus space for drying and ironing etc. Other advantages would be wireless broadband, TV (with built in free view).

The room has a decent built in wardrobe plus over head storage. Usual amenities including a microwave, cooker (with fan), washing machine but no spin dryer. Bathroom has a power shower.

Obviously there is a living room in the house but this is off limits as I use this space for evening work and time with family etc. This is the reason why the rent is lower than average. Parking is on the street, and there's always a space nearby.

The ideal housemate would be reliable, trustworthy and tidy and quiet.

No students, sleepovers or couples.

Theres no personality preference, but preferably someone who is easy going, quiet and cleans up after themselves. I request the payment of the coming month in advance and at the end of the month.
