Large Double Room in Secluded Detached 5 bed House

A large, light, double room with cottage-style ceilings and use of the Family Bathroom with bath and Mira power shower in a large (5 bed) detached house with a big garden and two south-west facing patios, which I've shared for the past two years with my current lodger, a lady archaeologist in her 20s.

The room is a large double with a double built-in wardrobe, a double bed with a good pocket sprung mattress, plus two chests of drawers and a desk. My other lodger has an ensuite bathroom and only uses the family bathroom for showers. I have an ensuite shower and don't use the family bathroom at all.

Rent includes all bills, Council Tax, shared use of the large kitchen/diner with dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, range cooker, utility room, washing machine/dryer, large lounge, large secluded garden etc. We also have good fast broadband (BT Infinity 2 fibre) here if you need that for Netflix or WFH etc. There is also a smaller double "guest" bedroom that can be used if you have friends/family over to stay for a few days.

You will need a car/transport, as we are 5 miles from the nearest station (Kemble) and there's only one bus per day. Upper Minety is a small village less than 15 minutes drive from Malmesbury (and of course Dyson), 17 minutes from Cirencester or M4/J16, 20 from J17. We have plenty of space for parking and all the major supermarkets deliver to the village for convenience. If you have cats that's fine - we both love cats!

I generally spend around 3-6 months per year abroad, so you would often be sharing the house with just one other person, my current lodger, only.
