I have a double room with an en-suite available from March. The room has two built in wardrobes and built in attic storage. It comes fully furnished (TV not included). There will be a shared kitchen, living and parking area. I am a very clean and tidy person, and I would like to find somebody who will make my home also their home.
The property is an 8 minute drive away from Salisbury City Centre, there is also a bus route into the city.
All bills are included, internet & Netflix. We are council tax band C.
We will start off on a 3 month contract to see compatibility, and then on a rolling contract.
