I’m choosing to rent out the spare double room plus en-suite dressing room/office rather than move to a new location when my flatmate leaves. This flat is massive compared to every other 2 bed flat I’ve seen.

Viewings evenings or weekend. This will go quickly!

The flat is well back from the road and very tranquil. Wake to birds singing and views of sheer beauty. The stars are clearly visible at night with virtually no light pollution.

5 min to Westbury town centre
10 min to Warminster Waitrose
15 min to Frome Business Park or Trowbridge
25 min to Bath city center.

The only room not yet in photos is the bedroom (to follow) as I need to get permission from current occupant. But as stated, it’s a very big double bedroom.

Available to move in on Sunday 5 May. We can discuss it being furnished if necessary. Length of stay will depend on my finding a property to buy but min 6 mo and landlord will need to confirm references.

Working professional or full time student preferred. Only for 1 person. No overnight guests.
