Welcome to your countryside haven! Perfect for someone looking for some peace and quiet, creative inspiration or simply a calmer pace of life.

Large double room in a Grade 2* listed farmhouse complete with your own bathroom. The room is furnished, spacious and has beautiful views over the garden and fields, with plenty of room for a desk/easel/yoga mat as required! The area is very quiet and has minimal light pollution, so it is a place for rest and relaxation; come home after work and absorb all the nature around you, or perhaps you are looking for something different for a “work from home” location. Additional space may be available for those who may need a work from home office.

The farmhouse is set amongst the converted barns in a small friendly complex within walking distance of Bewdley. There is a large kitchen with an Aga and a shared sitting room. Easy access to walks in the countryside or the local towns of Bewdley, Worcester… etc.

The current housemates are recently retired landlord Nick (61) and his friend’s son (25) who is staying short term before resuming his studies. Nick’s 4 kids have now all flown the nest, but one small friendly, (mostly!) well-behaved dog Eddie is still here. Prospective housemates should be dog-friendly, may consider another dog but dependant on size and how they interact with other dogs. Guinea-pigs are negotiable though…

You can expect cups of teas and a good ol’ chat from Nick inbetween his pottering about adjusting to semi-retirement, and cuddles from the dog.
