Beautiful Double Room in Blakedown 630pcm

Room available from August 10th, I would prefer a person who did not work from home.

I am looking for someone to share my beautiful home with now that my daughter is away more.

The house is in Blakedown with the garden having a gorgeous view over fields. There are many amazing walks all around the area. We are within 10 minutes drive of Stourbridge, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster.

We are a vegetarian household ….. there may be some compromise on cooking chicken or fish but definitely no red meat. I am very easy company and will be away a fair amount with my work and also travelling over the winter.

The train station is a 5 - 10 minute walk away. We have 2 pubs at the end of the road and a quaint local shop.

All bills included with Netflix and fast broadband also available, I am happy to put a Tv in the room if required.

The bathroom is next to the bedroom and you will have priority use as there is another upstairs.

There is room on the drive to park a car and more storage space if required in the garage.

We are a non smoking household but would agree to smoking outside.
