Shared use of kitchen, living diner and bathroom. There is also a third bedroom, a single guest room that I would be happy for you to utilise for occasional guests.
I do have a small dog, called Lola. She is rarely left in the house alone and is pretty well behaved...I can’t promise she wouldn’t steal the odd sock though if you left your door open!
