Professional seeking tidy and responsible lodger. Conveniently situated 3 bed property walking distance to town centre and 25 minute walk to train station. Over looking sanders park in a quiet residential area.

Off-road parking available and some garage space if required.

All bills and WiFi included. Room includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, ottoman and house has some further storage if required.

Shared use of kitchen, living diner and bathroom. There is also a third bedroom, a single guest room that I would be happy for you to utilise for occasional guests.

I do have a small dog, called Lola. She is rarely left in the house alone and is pretty well behaved...I can’t promise she wouldn’t steal the odd sock though if you left your door open!

Normally I am out of the house at work Monday to Friday but with the current situation I have been working at home since March so am around quite a lot:
It would be nice to have a like minded individual to have the occasional takeaway night with...don’t worry I’m very relaxed and wouldn’t want to live in each other’s pockets but the best house shares I have lived in have developed into friendship!
