Available early September: Spacious furnished room, freshly decorated, with en-suite shower room. Detached house set back from the road, with a good size garden and plenty of driveway parking. Shared use of kitchen and lounge.

Sadly our lodger has moved out recently after being here over a year, and we really miss him!

Come for a no-obligation visit, take a look at the room and shared space, and meet us, so you'll know what a lovely house this is! We use a standard Spareroom contract.

We've both lived in shared houses, and we've had lodgers before, so we understand a bit of what works well for everyone!
We have two friendly dogs, and three cats.

Great location! Close to Bromsgrove Rail Station and the shops/bars in Aston Fields. Bus stops nearby too. Aldi and Morrisons are 5 mins drive away, or there's Lidl, Waitrose, Iceland and Asda in town. 10 mins walk from fields and the canal - popular for walkers, bird-watchers and cyclists! Lovely pubs and eateries in the area.

The house is modern-built and well equipped, with plenty of shared space downstairs. It has new double glazing and keeps nice and warm. There's an open fireplace in the lounge.

Your room is located at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, with a double bed, bedside tables, TV unit, chair, and roomy wardrobe. Other furniture is available if needed, or you may want to bring your own items too. The room has a TV aerial point, and Wifi.

Enjoy your own space, or the shared lounge, garden and large well-equipped kitchen. All bills are included, and you'd be self-catering. You have your own food storage space in the kitchen, and you're welcome to use any kitchen equipment! We have a dishwasher and a washing machine :-)

We both work partly from home, and we're quietly sociable, but there's also plenty of room here to have your own space, This is a lovely quiet location and we're not into loud parties!
