Room to rent as a lodger in a 3 bedroom Victorian Farmhouse with plenty of parking and storage space available. There are two rooms, at least one is available as long as this advert is active!

Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. One is 4x4m and one is 3x4m but has a sink.

There's a large kitchen with a Rayburn and electric oven and living room with a wood burner fire. Large bathroom upstairs and an additional outdoor toilet in emergencies!

The area has an active Young Farmer's group for people aged under 26 and the local towns can be reached easily by car. There are 3 pubs in walking distance (~1mile)

Pets considered but in outbuildings only.

This is a farmhouse on a working farm, so there are farm animals and tractors that come by!

Both the M5 junction 5 and Droitwich Spa train station are a 10-15 minute drive; Worcester, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster can all be reached by a 20-30 minute drive.
Cutnall Green village (shop, pubs, school) is 1 mile away.

I am a professional engineer working in Birmingham with family nearby.
