Located 5 minutes walk from Great Malvern Railway Station, and a bus stop to Worcester, this beautiful double bedroom has south and east facing windows letting in sunshine and warmth all day. There is a sofa bed as well as a double bed making it a cosy but spacious bedroom or bedsit. Small refrigerator, hotplate and electric kettle available if required.
The room has a very large built in closet with wide shelves for storage; TV. The private bathroom with shower is a few meters down the corridor. There is also a large refrigerator with freezing compartment reserved for guest's private use next to the main kitchen.

Everything is walking distance: the Malvern Hills, Waitrose, local shops at Barnard's Green, swimming pools, and the town centre. Nonetheless it is very quiet and peaceful with a spacious garden. You can hear birdsong in the mornings!

Linen and towels provided. The use of the washing machine is included. There is free wifi. All bills are included in the rent so there's nothing extra to pay.
Ideal for a compatible professional woman only. who works regular hours in the workplace, not at home.
There is limited use of the kitchen. It is not meant for a woman who wants to settle into her own home. but for a woman who is looking for a comfortable and beautiful well located guest room like an Airbnb place.
