I have two furnished double rooms available in my 4 bed terrace house in Kidderminster.

Room 1 - £350 pcm, £350 deposit, available now.

This room is on the first floor and comes with small double bed, integrated wardrobe and bedside table.

Room 2 - £450 pcm, £450 deposit, available from 1/02/20.

This room is larger and the only bedroom on the ground floor with additional private storage access to a converted cellar which acts as another private room for you. Comes with double bed, clothes storage, bookcase, shelving, laminate flooring.

There is a good sized garden, parking outside the house, shared living area, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. New flooring throughout!

There are three of us in the house at the moment (2 males, 1 female) and we are looking for someone friendly and clean. We share the house with two cats and an English bulldog so someone who likes animals is ideal!
