Large double room

We have a large double room room rent in our home, we are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful as a house mate, would prefer a professional person, someone who is in fulltime employment. The bathroom will be shared by all, towels are supplied as well as bed linen and the room cleaned every week. Full use of kitchen, lounge, and all white goods. We do have a small dog who can be possessive of the house at first contact, but once she is used to you she is fine, so you must like dogs. Smoking and vaping is allowed but only in the garden, not in the house! On road parking.
