Room for rent

One furnished double bedroom to rent with live in landlord in Kidderminster. Two minutes from the hospital and 15 minutes walk to town. The house is a recently refurbished Victorian terrace decorated to a good standard. Shared use of kitchen/diner and lounge; tenant to share bathroom with existing male tenant. There is a garden and patio to the rear. Council tax, fibre optic broadband and all bills included in rent.
I only live here three to four nights in the week and return to my family on the weekend. I am male, mid fifties work full time, easy going and like the house to be kept clean and I’m looking for someone similar. I would expect tenants to tidy up after themselves and treat the house as they would their own. Also take it in turns to clean the bathroom they use.
The house is fairly quiet as we work long hours and like to chill when we are home. The other tenant is male age 40. Room ready to be let. No couples. Must be working.
