Bedroom for let (bed is a 4ft double)

The room is a large single or a small double room (currently has a 4ft double bed in it) in a 3 bed terraced house. The room is nicely presented and has not long been repainted. The house has a private garden, a comfy lounge and a large bright bathroom (the dining room is my office and so not shared) The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery / plates / washing machine / microwave etc. The house is less than a 5 min walk from Kidderminster train station and has on road parking available.

I work from home most days and would prefer a professional housemate, I am clean and tidy (but not obsessively so) I am very laid back but as current housemates do have to be up early for work during the week so this let wouldn't be suitable for 24 hour partiers - it is generally a quiet household. The monthly cost includes all bills and broadband.

I have two friendly dogs - a Jack Russell and a Whippet cross. They don't bark much (and are very quiet at night time) so please only get in touch if you are animal friendly and not allergic.

I do smoke but not in the house, I don't mind housemates who will smoke out in the garden as I do currently.
