Double room available in a well presented house, cul-de-sac location with easy access to Tesco Express with post office service and pharmacy. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 x double wardrobes, chest of drawers and bookshelf. Main bathroom is designated as personal use for house mate only. The other shared-living space includes: main lounge/diner and kitchen/diner: all modern, solid floors, leather sofas, oak dining table etc. I have a number of years experience sharing my home and promote this as a proper house-share where respect is given by all parties, for the other person and for the house itself. I am happy for other people to stay-over from time-to-time but this is limited to well known and trusted people. There are no heavy rules, just the consideration/respect aspect previously mentioned. Smoking restricted to the garden. Further details on the terms and rate couples available on request.
