Shared bathroom and kitchen/dining room.(I use the separate cloakroom toilet & washbasin)
Willing to share the large relaxing garden backing onto nature reserve and also in the garden are heated & furnished summerhouses (smoking allowed in the rear garden & summerhouses.
Currently I have paying guest.
Utilities with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher provide a daily service for your use (including the provision of consumables).
Tea, coffee and milk for hot drinks are inclusive.
Heating, electricity, internet and water bills are inclusive.
Shared cleaning of the common areas (bathroom, hall kitchen, utility) and their room are the responsibility of each guest,
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, off A448 1 mile from Kidderminster town centre, local bus stop (No. 10) nearby.
Off street parking for up to 3 cars or small van available.
