I am looking for a quiet professional / student who will take care of the recently decorated, newly carpeted, recently furnished with new IKEA furniture in bedrooms, upgraded kitchen and veranda. Dishwasher and clothes washer installed with good fridge/ freezer storage available.

I am the live in landlord. .50 year old sporty chap....and there is one other female tenant in her 50s...also sporty and chilled out.
