On street parking, a 3 minute walk from Malvern Link railway station and a 15 - 20 walk to Great Malvern. 8 minute train journey to Worcester.

The garden studio has a high spec ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.

Ensuite bathroom with walk in double shower. Kitchenette which includes fridge, microwave (with grill facility and oven), double ring hob, extractor fan, kettle and toaster.
Double bed, two bed side cabinets, chest of drawers, large built in wardrobe, sofa, small dining table with two chairs and
large TV with amazon fire stick. Good broadband. Ultra modern electric heater.
Access to large garden and patio area.

We are looking for a single professional male or female. Minimum stay 3 months maximum contract one year, although would be happy to review. Sunday evening to Friday.

We have a very friendly little dog called Scamp.
