Hi there. The house was built in 2011 and is on Malvern Vale estate. It is in a quiet cul de sac with very little through traffic. There is a Sainsburys local 1 minute walk away. Malvern Link train station is a 20 minute walk and Great Malvern 5 mins drive.
The house has double glazing, central heating, modern fitted kitchen, fibre Internet, small garden and comfortable shared lounge. There is off road parking with space for one other car.
The room is carpeted with a kingsize very comfortable double bed, built in small wardrobe, chest of drawers, 32” tv etc. The cost includes gas, electric and internet but no food, laundry or phone. Tenants are free to use the washing machine and dryer. There is a shared lounge and good sized kitchen also.
I am a 52 year old vegetarian teetotal law graduate with a gsoh relaxed and easy going. I have many interests including martial arts tai chi meditation foreign languages and human potential. I play the didgeridoo djembe and guitar.
Please note that two references are required, one from your previous landlord or landlady. Rent is £400. Monday to Friday lets only. Tenants would be free to leave their stuff in the room over weekend and it would be safe. Tenants could arrive Sunday evenings for a Monday morning start. My only stipulation is the the room is not occupied Friday and Saturday night.
