A vacancy has arisen at this very popular, five bedroomed, hospital staff accommodation, only a few minutes walk from the Alexandra Hospital. Due to it's location and the current tenants, we are giving priority to hospital staff, although other housemates will be considered.

This room may be shared by two housemates, in which case the rent will be £350 each per month.

The house is a very well run shared house, run by a professional, full time, experienced and popular landlord. Each bedroom has its own lock on the door. There are three toilets and two showers in the house, as well as washing facilities in the room. There is a very large kitchen with two cooking stations, washbasins and preparation areas.

A communal lounge and garden as well as a free high speed broadband are included.

The majority of the tenants are overseas healthcare workers and we would ideally like someone from that community, although others will be considered.

This house was completely refurbished to a high standard only a few years ago and rooms in this property do not become vacant very often.
