ROOM

The double room is in a 3 bed house with garden, in Winyates near to the One Stop shop.

BATHROOM

Shower room/bathroom is shared. There is a shower and a toilet upstairs, and downstairs toilet also.

KITCHEN

In the kitchen you have your own cabinet and fridge shelf and drawer in freezer. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Next to the kitchen there is a common area where you can eat your meals, Or spend time in the garden.

You pay £525 for the room once a month. All bills also include WiFi internet access.

You must pay a deposit of £350 for the room, payable on the moving in date, This money will come back to you when you move out.

The cost of monthly shopping for household cleaning products for one person is approximately £5 per month. ( kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing up liquid, cleaning fluids e. t.c ) this is a shared equal cost.

There is a cleaning rota which everyone takes turn with on a weekly basis.
Mess in this house is unacceptable we are a clean and tidy household.
