We are looking for one young professional to share this home with the three other young professionals who live there. They are very friendly, and respectful, and keep a quiet and tidy home.

This three storey house is situated in a central B98 location and gives easy access to Redditch Town Centre, and the surrounding areas.

The house has four beautifully appointed double bedrooms, all of which have their own bathrooms/ensuites. It has a large kitchen/diner with all appliances and a 40" TV, as well as a separate comfortable TV room/lounge with a 32" digital TV. Not forgetting the high speed broadband throughout. Each bedroom also has a TV aerial socket.

If you work in Redditch Town Centre that is walking distance, otherwise Redditch has a Train Station where you can get into Birmingham New Street in 35 minutes, and it is close to the M42, M40 and M5 motorways.

Each bedroom is lockable for your privacy, and also has the latest integrated fire alarm system. There are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety.

The bedroom is a ground floor double bedroom and is well furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a generous sized shower.

Redditch's Kingfisher Shopping Centre is great for both shopping, and socialising with the The Hub offering great food from well-known restaurants, the latest films and a state-of-the art gym.
