Really nice area of st John's with easy access to both the uni for students or Worcester city centre with its train links for professionals.

The double room for rent has a fitted Ikea wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair, lamp and double bed with pillows and duvet included. Its neutral and ready for someone to put there stamp on it if they wish. The rest of the house has recently been renovated. The communal areas consist of living room, diningroom, kitchen, laundry, garden, downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Gas, electric, broadband, water rates ect are included in the £375. The only thing that isn't is council tax (if you pay it). References and credit check needed. Guarantor necessary if income is less then 2 1/2 times rent, as well as the deposit. ID required. All checks to be made before agreement will be signed.

i really want someone who will make the best of what it has to offer. I'm open to lots of ideas and as long as I'm kept in the loop, i'll try and help as much as I can. Preferably I would like a mature female student, as we will all be in the same boat but anyone who is open and friendly is very welcome. I love my cat, my home and wandering off to places, so anyone who is remotely interested in these things will be a hit here.
