I have a lovely 4 double bedroom property available for a group of sharers. It is currently available for a group of professionals. Note that it is being advertised as a student property but I will not mix professionals and students in a property.

This has always been a popular house as the rooms are all very similar sizes and there are excellent amenities with each bathroom being shared by only 2 tenants.
The house has a good sized kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, plenty of fridge and freezer space and ample cupboard space. There is a large living / dining room with patio doors into the back garden.
On each of the upper floors there are two bedrooms and a shower room or bathroom so you only share with one other person.
Each bedroom is a good sized double with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
The heating is gas central heating and all windows are double glazed.
