Single Room in Professional House Share

Hello,

My current flat mate is moving out after 18 months and I am looking to fill her room from June 2024.

I have a 3 bedroom house in St Johns, Worcester. I live with 2 girls who both work Monday - Friday.

The house share is professional, no students, respectful and quiet, but also fun, we get on well, have a chat in the kitchen, keep the house tidy and respect each other..

The house is a 3 bedroom house with a nice large kitchen, lounge, downstairs toilet, upstairs toilet and bathroom.

The room available has a build in Wardrobe, TV on wall & storage.

The house is modern, neat and tidy and there is a drive way for parking. There is also a nice garden to enjoy in the summer.

I am looking for someone who will get on with us, keeps them self to their self but can also have a conversation with me and the other house mate, I am an accountant, she is an optician. We both have busy jobs and have a relatively quiet house. No parties late at night etc, bed time 10pm ish.

The ideal flat mate would be a working professional female, between 21 - 40 who is clean and tidy.

I live in the house while I am in the UK, but I work in Spain for months at a time, so there will only be 2 of you in the house at most times. The other housemate goes to Birmingham to see her family when she's not working.

The rent at £600 per month includes all bills, wifi etc.

I operate on 6 months rolling contracts, for your piece of mind and mine.

I have a loft / garage if anything needs storing.
