Me and my brother are live in landlords and are trying to rent out 2 rooms for some extra money.
I work for the Ministry of Defence and my brother is training to be a Chartered Tax Advisor and Accountant. We both have partners and spend time at their houses just as much as they're at ours.
We keep the house clean and tidy and whoever moves in will be expected to help maintain a clean tidy environment.
