Double room in friendly shared house

The room

We’re looking for a female young professional to join our house from 1st March to 31st July 2026. Current housemates are 3 female young professionals 😊

Rent is £591.27 per month - includes all bills and council tax. Also includes a share of the spare room which is split between all housemates and used for friends/family to visit. The deposit is £400 as part of the tenancy agreement. No smoking, no couples and no pets.
Our lovely landlords manage the property and are really good.

The room is a double bedroom upstairs. It’s furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and chair. The window looks onto the garden. It’s light, bright and has plenty of space.

The house is clean and cosy. Downstairs there’s a communal living room, kitchen diner and toilet. We have a large garden which is cared for by the landlords and is lovely in the summer. Upstairs is the shared bathroom, with a shower over the bath. There is driveway parking for 3 cars. We're in St John's.

The current housemates are 3 female young professionals. It’s a happy, friendly house to live in.
