A room in our lovely Georgian townhouse on the river Severn in Stourport. This beautiful 1830’s property has a spacious living room with a wood fire, is fully furnished with a modern interior, a new kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a garden with a view onto the river, has two bathrooms including one with a roll top bath and three bedrooms of which one would be yours. The house is cleaned every two weeks by a cleaner, and comes with a parking space.

We are a professional couple who live overseas and are typically away for significant periods at a time. The rest of the time you would have the house entirely to yourself.

What are we looking for? We’re looking for a professional, non-smoking responsible person without pets. We live in a close community with neighbours and would like our new housemate to be a social and considerate person.

Price is £795 a month all bills included. With utility prices having recently gone up significantly we have had to reflect this in the rent. Should however utilities come down again then we're happy to reflect this in the rental price. Alternatively we'd be happy to consider an arrangement excluding bills also.
